The service includes ready-made blueprints and an original interior design with a selection of furniture, plumbing equipment, decoration materials and decor elements.
UNIQUE
The service is specifically designed for those customers who prefer an exclusive designer decor. It is not necessary to completely immerse yourself in the process of remodeling and control of decorative finishing, SPI provides the remote control of all processes, as well as photo and video reporting from CCTV cameras. The service also includes the purchase ofdecorative finishing materials, furniture and decor elements. The client can go about their business or on vacation - everything will be done at the highest level!
SUPERIOR
The service has been carefully designed for customers who require an individual approach and exclusivity. If you'd like to surround yourself with grand interior with unique design elements and accessories corresponding to the scale of your personality and status, then the Superior package is an ideal choice. The service includes the organization of communication with the client in the most convenient format.
ADDITIONAL SERVICES
DESIGNER'S SUPERVISION
The service is set to monitor work in accordance with the design project. The designer visits the site 2 times a week and is there for at least one hour; in case, if there are any disputes, the designer colud make additional visits. There is a supervision journal at the facility, where all the corrections are made, as well as ways to eliminate errors, deadlines and control of work being performed on the design project. The cost of supervision is calculated individually for each project and varies within 25-30% of the project's total cost.
PROVISION
The service is necessary for those customers who do not have the time and opportunity to personally monitor the order and delivery of materials, furniture, decor. It takes a large amount of work selecting and purchasing the materials and interacting with suppliers. SPI checks the quality of materials, the completeness of the order and its appearance, carries out additional ordering and replacement in case of error or defects. The cost of the service is calculated individually and does not exceed 10% of the cost of the ordered material.
CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT
The service is necessary when interacting with a third-party contractor. If home renovations are carried out by SPI, then the estimated cost for work is included: engineering support (interaction with contractors at the facility, schedule and sequence of work, coordination of engineering systems), communication with suppliers, technical control and quality control of work performed, as well as approval of budgets and reporting. The cost of the service is calculated individually, depending on the types of work, their quantity, conditions and tasks.
DESIGNER CONSULTATION
The consultation provides clients with an opportunity to familiarize themselves with the principles of creating a design project, pricing and cost planning, the possible placement of furniture and interior elements, lighting and insolation methods, an assortment of decorative finishing materials and the rules for installing engineering systems and communications. The average consultation time is 3 hours. Afterwards, the client receives a mini-album with recommendations and sketches.
DECORATIVE FINISHING AND REMODELING
STANDARD
The package includes a full range of renovation and decorative finishing works: walling, dismantling / installation (remodeling), electrical, plumbing. The service is designed for those who need quality home renovation without any extravagance. For interior design, while remaining in the budget for repairs in this category, the Urban service package is suitable. To stay within the budget, SPI offers design type "Urban" for this package.
COMPLEX
The service includes a full range of renovation and decorative finishing works: walling, dismantling / installation (remodeling), electrical, plumbing. This remodeling package is suitable for clients who have chosen interesting and creative ideas as the basis for their design projects. To remain within the renovation budget in this category, SPI offers to consider design packages "Comfort" or "Unique".
PREMIUM
The service includes a full range of renovation and decorative finishing works, installation and connection of all engineering systems. The renovation process is under designer supervision. The project includes creative solutions for decorating walls, floors and ceilings, as well as original architectural ideas for interior design. To create interiors in the Premium category, SPI offers to consider design package "Superior".
ABSOLUT
The renovation process is under supervision of the project designer. The package includes a large number of exclusive handmade fixtures and a full range of remodeling and decorative finishing works, such as installing and connecting all engineering systems, building SPA zones, laying gypsum or polyurethane stucco moldings, making bas-reliefs, encrusting surfaces with mosaics, crafting pendant lighting and exclusive wall decoration ... To create interiors in the Absolut category, SPI offers to consider design package "Superior".
